Lon Alward
Lon was born and raised in Redding, and has resided here except for an eight year stint working in Sacramento. In 1981, Lon passed his real estate license test. He has been in the lending industry for over 16 years, and is very committed to serving his clients best interests. When not working, you can find him on the golf course or on the river fishing. Lon has two sons, Scott and Matt.

Shirley Welch
Shirley moved to Redding from the Bay Area in 1999 with her family. She has worked for many lending companies throughout the Northern California and attained her brokers license in 1985. Shirley is a wealth of knowledge in the lending field, and takes personal pride in serving her clients. In her spare time, she enjoys anything to do with needle and thread.
